Pocket City Bags — Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Pocket City Bags purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage from use, or missing original tags are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at [info.pocketcitybags@gmail.com]  within the 14-day return window.

  2. Provide your order number, email, and photos of the bag.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely (original packaging if possible) and ship it back to the address provided.

3. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges can be requested for items of equal or greater value.
• If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be asked to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.
• If the new item is lower in price and you prefer a refund difference, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

4. Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either:
• A replacement of the same item, or
• A full refund (including original shipping costs), upon confirmation of the issue.

To request a defective/incorrect item return, email us with photos of the issue and your order details.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item on our part.

7. Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or custom orders (unless faulty)
• Items showing wear, stains, or damage from customer use
